Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What's a "zephyrfalcon", anyway?
A. It's a Magic card. (You know Magic the Gathering, right?)

Q. Where can I get Pretty Face/Psychic Academy/some other manga?
A. I don't (re)distribute any manga. Look at the links page for sites that have manga available for download (or in their IRC channel).

Q. Can you get me the fake/real Harry Potter 5?
A. No. Buy the real book. As for the fake ones, I'm sure you can find them somewhere.

Q. I read about project X in your blog. Where can I find the source code?
A. If it's not in the download folder, then it's probably not released yet.

Q. I have small/large project that I want done, or an idea that I want implemented. Can I hire you?
A. Sure. See my resume. I am less expensive than a Bay Area programmer. ;-)

Q. Why didn't you reply to my comment on your weblog?
A. This may have various reasons. I may have forgotten, or maybe there was little I could say to it. If you commented to an old post using Haloscan, chances are I overlooked it. I simply don't have the time to scan each and every one of my old posts for new comments, and I don't get any kind of notification when one is posted. (This is different for the posts using PyCS.) If you feel that you have something really important to say, please use email instead.

Q. Why did you delete my comment?
A. I didn't. So far, I haven't deleted any comment from my weblog, *ever*. I reserve the right to remove obnoxious and off-topic comments. That's said, I've only done so *once*, not counting comment spam. Speaking of which, because of overwhelming spam, the comment option is currently off. Old pycs.net comments are preserved, though.
